At GO MATA ORIGINAL GHEE, we make sure that our pure Desi Cow Ghee is packed with highest hygienic standards and shipped securely. Below are our shipping guidelines and logistics timelines.

1. Sourcing and Dispatch

Our ghee is freshly handcrafted and sourced directly from Maa Tara Ghee located at Santipur, Nadia, West Bengal. We dispatch all verified orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

2. Delivery Methods, Costs and Speed

We deliver nationwide across India. During checkout, you can select from the following shipping options:

• Standard Delivery:
  • Timeline: Delivered in 5-7 working days.
  • Charges: **FREE** on all orders with a subtotal above ₹999 (or when using valid free shipping coupon codes). For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹80 applies.
• Express Delivery:
  • Timeline: Delivered in 1-2 working days (primarily targeting major metropolitan cities).
  • Charges: A flat delivery fee of ₹150 applies to all orders regardless of cart value.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We support Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most serviceable pin codes. A minor logistic handling fee of ₹30 applies to COD selections to cover packaging logistics. Cash, card, or UPI payments are accepted by the delivery agent at your doorstep.

4. Order Tracking

Once your ghee shipment is dispatched, we will send an SMS or Email containing the courier tracking number and URL link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

5. Shipping Damages

If your package is damaged during transit (e.g. glass jar breakage), please take photos immediately and contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement in accordance with our **Refund & Return Policy**.
